I think there isn't a ready tool for prestress force. But in case of a bar element I guess you can estimate prestressed behavior of an element if you apply nodal force on both ends of an bar so bar is compressed. And then add also point moments on both ends of bar if prestress force is not on profiles. After that you can evaluate stresses in certain parts of that part using results/stress analysis/stress analysis bars.
Not very easy way but at least you can get some estimate what happens inside beam.
