Reverse fillets?

Help! Does anyone know how to fix my corner cleanups on my walls? Some of the corners disappear instead of filleting? I may have changed something without realizing, but I can't fix it.

There are several opportunities that cause this error.

Different wall types with unresolved components.

Walls of differing heights

Walls inserted at differing elevations.

Walls with graph lines defined differently.

Wall endcaps interfering within the cleanup radius.

Improper positioning of the mouth when activating the command.
