This is one I stumbled on a while back. It will move the selected objects to your current grid setting. It'll ask for a fuzz factor and the current default of 5 works well. Use with caution though, don't select the entire drawing since there's a possiblity of throwing off your lines. Select a couple objects at a time and it is still better than doing one object at a time. Command is "FXG".
If you only need lines/lwpolylines you can probably get away with using the select similar command to get your selection set.

Yes exactly.
My selection set would be 2d lines and lwpolylines that are in model space only ,even those that are part of exploded and non exploded inserts.
The grid spacing would be 1/16" this would be what all lines endpoints are placed on a multiple of. The lines that are connected at the start, must remain connected after the endpoint rounding then moving. Both endpoints must be moved the same direction else the "problem" lines would be further messed up.
I would like possibility to have program make a selection set of all text and mtext objects that are NOT part of the "EQUIP" layer and then apply a user-defined style to these objects, that defaults to the last stlye used. The current style is "SIMPLEX"
