Move and lock the text in specific blocks

Summary: I want to able to move and lock text in a Block

Description: I create schematics which use Blocks. The drawings can get very busy and I must move the text associated with some of the Blocks. I sometimes resort to Exploding them (when all else fails). It is possible to drag and drop text attributes in a block once it is placed in the drawing BUT if I or someone else use the ATTSYNC or Battman command the text will jump back to it's original position. I want to be able to drag the text to a more convenient location and Lock it there so that ATTSYNC or Battman can't undo the move.

I am using Acad 2014
I believe this could be achieved using a dynamic block with a stretch action on the attribute as each instance of a dynamic block will remain as set even when attsync or battman is used. I have attached a sample

Excellent! I will have to rework the symbols so they become Dynamic blocks. But that will be a done as needed or a make work project for a newbie. Thanks!
