Default Point Label Style
The attached image has the "Edit Feature Settings - Point" box at top to show I have set my point label style to
"PT# & Elev"
It has the "Child Override" symbol symbolized.
The "Create Points" box is just below and shows where I am unable to change the grayed "Point Label Style".
Where do I change default "Point Label Style"?pts image.PNG

Toolspace palette, Settings tab, expand the 'Point' node, expand 'Commands' node, right click 'CreatePoints' command, in the 'Edit Command Settings - CreatePoints' dialog, expand 'Default Styles' node.Originally Posted by tim_newsome

I did that. Its still inserting another "Point Label Style"

Are these new points getting assigned to an existing point group? If so, does the point group override the Point Label Style?
