Filters not working with any Systems Classifications other than Sanitary

I'm trying to create different displays per system for a site utilities plan and it's just not cooperating. I have Sanitary working as intended but trying to set up different line types for Cold Water and Hydronic Supply is yielding nothing. Please see the screenshots below and let me know what I'm missing here?

This might be a stupid question but do you have pipes checked off for categories in the filter window? (didn't see it checked so I had to ask)

Thank you! I thought those checkmarks were purely for parameters you could pick from for the filters. That was exactly the problem.
