Complex Dynamic Block problem

I am using AutoCAD 2013. I have a Block with texts,leaders and other stuff. I 've already manage to make the text rotate and the ''other stuff'' as well but its my leader I have problems with.
I just want my leader to rotate around and the text within to stay horizontal.

I have attached the Dynamic block.

Try a stretch action and a polar parameter on the arrow.
