Question DXF files as Zip files

On some of our systems, when a flat pattern is saved as a DXF file, it is created as a zip file. Where is the setting to change this? I seem to have found a file,
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Autodesk\Inventor 2014\Design Data\DWG-DXF\exportdxf.ini , that contains a setting for USE TRANSMITTAL, but on my system it is set to Yes and I don't get zip files. how do we control this?

I have no idea what a flat pattern is. On the pc's that create zip files, are they using ETRANSMIT? That creates zip files. Watch them do a save and take note of the exact steps they use to create the zip.

This is actually done through software, but it does the same manually. On a sheet metal file, right click on the flat pattern and use save as and set to the DXF type. There used(?) to be a setting for "USE TRANSMITTAL" to have a zip file created, but I cannot find it anymore.
