I am studying architecture and for my assignment I have to provide a complete set of working drawings for a design assigned to me. I am having difficulty dimensioning a wall with a squiggle shaped profile. I don't have any experience in the industry yet and so I'm wondering what would be considered best practice for dimensioning a wall like this so that it can be constructed? I am using Revit Architecture 2011 and I have tried using the angular, radial, arc etc. however as the profile is composed of splines, it is not recognised by revit. I have tried simplifying the curves to a series of partial ellipses and arcs, however the drawing becomes messy with annotations as the centres are in different locations or in void spaces. Thank you in advance, I am at a loss on how this can be done effectively and still have my drawing legible.
Many thanks,
Nath
