Default Close all current project hidden views

Summary: Would like to add the option "Close all current project hidden views"

Description: Now that Revit is more widely used I have more than just 1 project at a time at time and I sometime I open another project to reference It would be great to close the hidden views of a current project to allow "ctrl-tab", window tiling, and switching view between active projects easier.

If I'm understanding your request correctly, this already does what you're asking for.

I like that tool, but the key term I see in the wish is "Current Project". Personally, I frequently have multiple View open in a Project (that I want to keep open) and then I start a new Family. Normally, starting a new Family opens a slew of Views (elevations, 3D, etc.) but I only care about the Ref. Level View, so I would like such a command to close only those extra Views from the Family and keep my Project Views open, especially if multiple Families are open in such a way.

Another use I see in this is that I often open other Projects for reference and flip through the Views to search for the needed info. 'twould be nice to use this command to close those extra Views in the referenced Project whilst keeping the others open.

Hm. I could have sworn that was how it worked, but I just double checked and it does indeed close all but the current view in all open projects. I must've not had many views open every previous time I've done that. I tend to try to keep the number of open views/projects to a bare minimum anyway, though.

CADastrophe is correct, the key words are "Current Project", if you open more than one at a time all views but one of each is closed. I am suggesting that I have 1 view active and it close only the views of that project.

Not really, I have more than one view open at a time and more than one project. I do not want the other project impacted by the button, just the current active project.
