Default Sheet Set Manager (Re-Associating Sheet To File). Any LISP?

Hope I am not getting too lazy. But lately I have been getting projects with some 50 to 450 sheet with all the sheets in the
Sheet Set Manager all not associated to its respective drawing file.

Knowing the Sheet Set Manager's (DST) file, it is so personal and very particular. I either have to remove all the sheets, and re-insert
them which would not work since it will tell you it already is associated to anther drawing (if using the same DST file, which I would have to
use since it came from a client), or I would have to remove all sheets, auto-rename all the files, import them into the SSM, save the SSM,
then remove the sheets, then auto-rename the files and re-import them back into the SSM, which is a very timeous practice. What I do
is relink each sheet back to it's respective file. This entails six clicks then rename each file in the SSM. In my system, when lots of files are
imported, they can either come in in alphabetical order or not, which is more frustrating.

I have googled and can find a macro to facilitate the re-association of the un-associated SSM sheets. Any LISP that can do this much faster?
Or what would be the better way to re-associate the sheets quicker?

    Thanks.

Look at jtbworld for his Sheet Set tools. 'm not sure if he covers this situation or not, but his stuff is well worth having.

Just logged on to jtbworld and realized it is not something to just browse, I would have to take time on it - it is really loaded.

    FWIW -

The Sheet Set Manager (SSM) APIs are only exposed to COM, and .NET APIs can interface with SSM; I've never tried to import the appropriate type libraries via Visual LISP personally, although should be easy from VBA.

See the Overview of Sheet Set Manager Objects (SSO) for reference.

    Cheers
