Consider the -LAYER Command:

(defun c:MyLayFrz () (command "._-layer" "_f" pause "") (princ))

(defun c:MyLayThw () (command "._-layer" "_t" pause "") (princ))

... When prompted for layer name(s), simply enter *structure*, and all matching layers will be acted upon accordingly.
