Default Revit Crashes when batch plotting to a color PDF

Our 160MB Revit File crashes when we try to batch plot color presentation sheets or anything B&W with a lot of graphics using Adobe PDF. Anyone know of a solution of why this could be happening? Switching to Bluebeam doesn't seem to be making a difference.

    Here's my checklist:

    1) update/verify video drivers.
    2) use detached models, or make sure no one is in linked DWG/RVT/etc.
    3) delete Revit preferences, after a crash.
    4) change PDF settings to rasterization (though it may degrade the output).
    5) delete Windows profile, if it affects all PDF printing from Revit.
