Generating Plat Report / Plat Computations

Good Morning,
A group at my office is making the switch from Microstation/inroads to Civil3D. This group handles Plat Reports / Plat Computations which I am really not very familiar with, as I have always given plats to our survey group. An example Plat Report was given to me (Hopefully) I can attach that here. And the question was asked "Can we generate this same information in Civil 3D"

I haven't attempted this before, but it seems that it really should not be a problem. We just need to set up all our Parcels and generate a report listing all the areas, then all the points with thier N/E, Bearings/Distances, Curve Data (Delta/Radius/Tangent/Arc/Chord/Bearing). Not sure where to start with this one, could someone point me in the right direction.

I am attaching the example Plat Report/Computation. I have blacked out the company logo and project information just to be on the safe side.

Have you tried using the Reports manager under the Toolbox section of the Toolspace?

You will need to spend some time setting up how you want the report to look but it will generate the information you are looking for.

I believe the example I attached is close to a combination of the "Area Report" and the "Metes and Bounds" report.
Can these reports be edited to something more similar to my report?

Another thing I am caught up on, is adding Points to Parcel Geometery and incorporating those point numbers into the Parcel Report. Is that possible?
