Default Corridor Intersection Regions not matching

I have inherited a project created a couple years ago that contains a number of previously created corridors and intersections. I have attached a couple of images that show the issue I'm dealing with. For some reason the profile in every intersection corridor extends to the end of the alignment as expected, but then hooks back to the PT of the curb return where the fillet region meets the transition region. The Transition corridor region at this point is not the same elevation as the fillet region even though all the alignment and profile targets are correct. Any ideas? Hopefully a quick fix.
