Question No Slab Reveal, so will Reinforcement work in Component?

    Greetings all,

i have a concrete structure (Box) that needs some fillets and chamfers added to the edges. I was able to add the chamfer to the walls without any issues with a wall reveal, but the top of my concrete box was created with a slab and apparently there is no way to add a reveal to a slab?

I tried creating a profile of what I wanted and using the slab edge tool to get my desired result, but alas the slab edge tool did not subtract any material from the slab. So now I am thinking about doing a model component to get the shape I am after, but can I still apply reinforcement to it since it is neither a slab or a wall? i have attached some pics of what we are doing. any suggestions would be appriciated.

    Cheers!

try this slab edge profile, it adds a little material to your slab edge based on your chamfer dimension. you can adjust for slab thickness and chamfer dimension. applies chamfer to top & bottom of slab edges, and miters at corner intersections. adjust material settings to match slab material.

Thank you Dmahan! It works great! I was worried at first because it was done in 2014 and this project is in 2013, but luckily I had 2014 as well on my machine and was able to recreate your family and create one that has a fillet with a chamfer. So thank you again!
