quick off the mark there Brian Do we know what has been fixed in this update?
Does the way Autodesk released Revit 2015 mark some new attitude to releases? I have the impression that RVT2015 was sent out a bit unfinished needing an almost immediate first update. Am I reading too much into this?
Aren't the updates by definition supposed to be bug fixes? I seem to have missed any "new features" when I was reading through the enhancements list. And yes this #3 looks like a big one.
Seems odd that we're on this already, though. I understand #2 addressed the Heartbleed vulnerability, but even still we're usually not on update 2 until almost the Fall it seems like.
Anyway, I can't even install update 3 right now. Keeps giving me an error saying it kind find the specified Autodesk product, when I certainly do have RAC 2015 Update 2 already up and running.
Shouldn't this post be pinned? Can someone with right do that please?
I've added a post explaining a bit how the system of Updates and Subscription Updates works: Update Release 7 & Update Release 7 for R2 available
I suggest this thread no longer be marked as sticky.
