User can not create local files... only at one Site....

We have two sites connected via VPN.

Site A has a Revit Server 2014 Host, Accelerator und Admin installed, Site B has a Host and Accelerator installed.

The RSN.ini has both Server IP´s included.

When a Member on Site A saves a Project on the Revit Server at Site A, it is updated in the Cache of Server at Site B.

When a Member of Site B opens Revit and opens the Server on Site A, he can see the Projects and Files, also open it (unchecked „Copy local File“), but as soon as the Member at Site B opens the Project with save a local copy, the error Unable to create local copy due to network errors.

Members on Site a can do this.

Also when a Member on Site B saves a Project on Site A it works perfectly.

Any ideas?

It sounds like Site B Member does not have the correct access to the model's permissions file on the Site A Host server. Did you do any security configurations in IIS or at the folder level \\RS2014\projects\ ?

Be sure that the VPN /firewall on Site A allows access (ports 80 and 80 to all workstations on Site B besides the accelerator.
