    Default Tracking down Text Styles

Is there an easy way inside of revit or with a third party add in that will allow me to track down non-office standard text styles and change type or remove???

Only way I can think of it so place a piece of that text type, select all instance in project and change them.
But this won't fix the offending text types within labels of a family.

The key words are "easy way". No.

I tend to save out the families that I know have text then open them one by one, changing as required, then load them back into the template. It's a pain, but typically it's just a one time pain that you can do within a couple hours once you get the repetition of the process figured out.

Also doesn't grab legend text styles, at least not in 2014 or previous
