Creating a Simple Check family for a ToDo list

Hi everybody. This has been a stumper for everyone in our office including our BIM manager / consultant. Here is what I want to do:

We have a series of simple QC checklists that I've baked into our titleblock with text notes that have instance view parameters for the different lists (i.e. Floor plan checklist, Elevation Checklist, etc., etc...) They are reminders / a guide of what to be sure to include for each phase. We are also developing a series for BIM tasks.

So far it works great, but I can't seem to find any way to create a simple check box to indicate that a task is complete i.e. the North Arrow is on the sheet. We want it to be simple as in a check box family that can be repeated hundreds of times. We aren't going to schedule it etc, but I want it tied to a view parameter like the lists themselves.

Hi,

The only way I can think of, to complete this task would be creating an instance visibility parameter in your title block for each tick in each checkbox.
You would then have to select the sheet in the project and check/uncheck the relevant option in the properties.
