Positioning Grease Gallery

I sure need some help with this one! I wish to create a grease gallery into this roller at the position shown.

This gallery should enter the bore on the centreline and have a spotface around a 1/8" BSPT thread at the surface.

That's just the thing, Bunny, but ... How did you generate the work plane in that position?

Take a look at Sketch3 and you will see some projected geometry and a line, along with a point, which is coincident to the line and the projected arc. It is the line and the point which define the plane. After finishing the sketch, you can use either the upper level "Plane" tool (or "Normal to Axis Through Point" from the Plane flyout), then select the line and the point, the order does not matter.

You can create a plane at any point along any curve (a straight line is considered a "curve"), regardless of complexity, as well as pattern that plane along the curve.
