There's several ways you can do that.
You could use an inplace family(Wall)
You could use a regular wall with a sweep for the slanted part ad the key.
The decsion depends on a few factor like, scheduling, level of detail, number of repetition, ease of modification.
Another option is to place a wall with the thickness being the widest point (for example your wall might be 400mm wide at the base, and 250mm at the top)
Place a 400mm wall, and add a profile to the wall.
Its very easy to do, I would suggest find a video tutorial on it - I used this tutorial to work out how to add chamfers to the top of some of my walls.
