Default Snapping to true north vs snapping to project north

Somehow I've changed the settings (probably keyboard shortcut) so that the override/rotational axis is set to true north and not project north and would like to change it back to project north. This becomes a problem when trying to use draw mirror tool and mirroring to 45° or 90° from imaginary central axis.

Default Re: Snapping to true north vs snapping to project north

It seems it might be a bug as I restarted the project and the mirror axis is back on project north again.
