Default dwg to pdf adobe preview

    Hi All,
If anyone could help with this, that'd be great!

When making a pdf using the standard AutoCAD 'dwg to pdf' option in the plot dialogue box, I used to get a preview on-screen. Even though the box is ticked in the plot dialogue box under 'properties - custom properties - additional output setting' I don't get a preview (or more correctly perhaps, post-view). Even with the same settings set up in the 'Page Setup' manager, no on-screen preview. What do I need to do?

    Thanks,
    RG.

So you want the PDF to open up in your PDF viewer/editor after it is created?
If you have already checked the box telling it to do this, then it sounds like AutoCAD can't find the application used to view/edit PDF files.
(Win7) Go to Start > Default Programs to review/set/confirm what application is used to view/edit PDF files.
