Quantification Issues - Properties not mapping properly

Hi,

As per screenshot attached, my properties aren't mapping properly.I'm interested in getting total pipe length per mechanical system. As you can see, one of the properties, 'System Type' was correctly mapped to 'Description1' column. However, the length, which was mapped via 'DWG - Dimensions' - 'Length', still indicates 0.000ft. As you can see by the properties window, that property does indeed exist...it just doesn't get translated to Quantification. I've tried both global and individual item property mapping.

The model was exported in .dwf from CadMEP.

Is this a case of: "you didn't check that small box in the 5th tab to calculate totals" à la Revit?

Well, I seem to have found a workaround... but not a very convenient one. It seems as though since it was a .dwf file import, the "model length property", indicated in x'-x", didn't map to the length property in the quantification menu, indicated in 0.000 ft. I had to map the length property to a "description" property type to get my lengths. Now, "why didn't you just take off the quantities from the original file?" you ask? Because I didn't have it...
