Export Plot .CTB file to Excel or Word

Is there a way to export a AutoCAD Civil 3D 2015 ".CTB" file to Excel or Word. I know there was a way to do this in older versions of CAD.

There should be a program here in AUGI to do this.
search for "plotstyleviewer"

I doubt if you will ever be able to import one back in, but it gives you another way to look at one.
