Default saving to a previous version than one work in.

I have multiple versions running at various locations. Is it possibleto be working in 2014,2013, 2010 and when saving, it will automatically be saved in a 2007 version? rather than me (age is a factor here) remember to save in that version?

I assume you have the ability in LT to set that up under preferences.
