    Default ELEVATION TAGS

I have a overall plan and made a callout for a third of that plan. Put elevation markers on then another callout for a enlarged bathroom plan. In this enlarged plan the elevations on the drop down is grayed out and my elevation markers do not show up. This is a parent view and the elevation is on in the vg settings. Thought hide at scales would do the trick but it does not. So then thought using elevations tag as reference but not able to since the elevation marker on pull down is grayed out. What am I doing wrong?

When you created the callout was it a detail callout or a floor plan callout? You can't place elevation markers in a detail callout, you have to make sure you create it as a floor plan callout.
