Default 8.5x14 is cut to 8.5x11

I'm trying to plot out a 8.5x14 from paper space. The print preview looks correct. All settings in the printer drivers, pc3, and plot dialog box say 8.5x14. But every time I try to plot out the drawing, the last 3" are cut off. I have checked the margins and printed a test page. Also ran a printer calibration and printed a test page. All where cut off at 11". I have tested printing to a DWF and PDF file, and they came out fine. This happens on the 2 computer that I have tried, with different drawings. Can print 8.5x14 from other programs. Does anyone have a clue about fixing this.

The plotter is a HP 2600dn.

    Thanks.

    Hi

From AutoCAD are you Plotting using a Windows or Heidi Driver?

    Have you tried both?

Just for your info - I do not have access to a HP 2600 series printer, but I was using one last month while I was working else where.

Windows 2000, AutoCAD 2004, HP 2600 set-up using Windows Driver.

    Plotted from AutoCAD to both A4 (11 3/4 x 8 1/4 approx) & A3 (16 1/2 x 11 3/4 approx) paper sizes with any problem.

Have you tried the Hewlett Packard web site -

    Hi Mike,

I'm using the Window drivers. Are there Hidi drivers for this printer? I haven't found any. I'm running Windows XP Pro. I can print to 11x17 with no problem. I checked out the link, but didn't find anything. Could use the chat feature to talk with a support person. But I have done that before, and got nowhere. Ended up being an easy fix too.

A little more info if it might help. I am trying to do a manual feed of the 8.5x14. Haven't tried putting that paper in one of the trays. Even if it did, wouldn't help much. We rarely use that size, so we need the manual feed to work.

Does it have margins set up in the driver?

I have checked the margins. They are set with one end being .5 in and .25 inch for the other sides.

    Hi

Not that I am aware of (that does not mean a lot though).
