Custom Gutter

Hi, I would like to model a gutter around the whole perimeter a roof (attached photo) . It needs to be just inside the edge and 100mm x 100mm. What would be the best way to achieve this?

On the gables too??? In this case, open any existing gutter profile family, rename it, change the profile geometry if needed, and change the Profile Usage (properties) to fascia. In the project, use fascia tool with the gutter profile.

If it's not meant to be around the whole roof go ahead and use the gutter tool. In the Roof drop-down menu on the Architecture ribbon.
