Ribbon issues

Hi

Just wondering if anyone can help, we are co-ordinating our structural model with the Architects one, after copying and pasting in parts of their model, my Revit setting went haywire, with my docked project browser and properties bars jumping out and all my ribbons have changed please see screen shot, i do not know how to change the ribbons back to normal, can anybody help?

Click the arrow (1) and make sure it is set to cycle through all, then hit the arrow (2) a few times.

Lol so simple to do yet i literally tried everything other than that!!! thank you

I have lost the grey bar that has Architctural, Structural, etc.
Cycling as described doesn't bring it back.
I searched help and don't see anything about this

I shut down Revit for a while, then restarted. Opening the file has the menu back.
