Revit Plugin Development

Two related questions:
First, I'm looking for a plugin for Revit 2014 that would generate a QR code (exported from Revit) based on a parametric (Mark) value. Does anyone know of such a plugin or know what would be involved in developing one.
Second, I'm looking for recommendations on materials/resources for a Revit power user who is looking to get into plug-in development.

If you want create an addin who generate QR Code , you must use an extern library , like : MessagingToolkit.QRCode.dll
