Default Dots in custom Line Type

    Hello,

I have created a custom line type that is made up of only shapes. Is there a way to keep the dots from appearing in the line type?

    Code:
    *313500-14 Geosynthetic-Surficial,Geosynthetic-Surficial Erosion Control
    A,0,[GEOSYN-SURFICIAL,NCSv5_LT.shx,s=1],-0.09375

What the line type looks like when placed:
    LineType.JPG

    Thanks,
    Gerald Piotrowski

Yes, you'll have to adjust the X and/or Y location of the shape so that a line in the shape falls on top of the dot.

Example of how to adjust the X and/or Y
    A,.5,-.2,["HW",STANDARD,S=.1,R=0.0,X=-0.1,Y=-.05],-.2

I don't have your shape file, or I would have tried it for you.

Correct me if I am wrong, but wouldn't that cause the shape to be displayed past the beggining of the line?

I will give it a try and let you know if that works.

    Thanks,
    Gerald
