Not printing what is on sheet?

I have a view set up on a sheet it looks just the way I want. It is a reflected ceiling plan from a linked model, view range is set with the top right at the level i want to see and the view depth is set on the level above. When I print to PDF or even go into print preview there is a lot that is missing, but not everything. in the lower right corner there are a few walls you can see on the screen shot, but when I print some of the walls disappear. What confuses me is what could make the one wall disappear but not the other. It seems to be a view range issue because if I adjust it more parts come back but I can't seem to get it to show everything on the screen.

any advise would be great!

Nope, no underlay. I thought the same thing at first.

Was the view created with a "sketched" callout that is not rectangular? If so, make the callout boundary rectangular and see if that helps.

I'm still having this issue in a different place now. The architectural background shows up fine but parts of it are not printing? I was working with RCP's before and that was just giving me troubles other ways but now this is a regular old floor plan.
