    Default Shaded With Edges display

    Hi,

I am wondering about something in Inventor and I never could figure out what is causing this. With certain designs, when the visual style "Shaded with Edges" is active, some edges seem to not display correctly - or I am doing something wrong. See the following example:

    autodesk2.jpg

This box consists of 5 solids (base plate and the four walls). The walls are all mounted on top of the base plate and if the parts are seperated they all show correctly. However, when joined together, some edges are displayed wrong. Can anyone tell me what is causing this?

    Thanks.

EDIT: Revisting old problems often helpls. By analyzing it bit by bit it seems that the sketches were made on the wrong plane. Will rework this now, I think this will solve the problem.
