Default Trying to model formwork for cast in-situ DN2100-DN3000 RCP Eccentric Taper

    Hi All,

I'm working on a pipe project and along the reinforced concrete pipeline we require an ECCENTRIC DN2100 to DN3000 taper.

We would like to make the internal formwork from 90x45 lengths of wood. I need to work out how to model such a thing in Inventor. I've attacked it from a couple of different angles so far: sheet metal part, frame generator, slicing up a lofted solid...etc I'll attach all those efforts.

Can someone suggest some direction for me please? I realise I may need to supply more information but once you've had a look at the attachments you'll understand where I'm coming from.

    Thanks for your help,

    Matt

One possible approach. You may have already tried it, though...
