I'm new so forgive me if this has been answered before. I've searched AUGI and other sites without success.

In a drawing started from a custom dwt file I am trying to use the Corridor Section Editor with three above display (plan, prof, section). It generates the three viewports but all are the same - set to "Left" and all drawing layers are on. It also appears to zoom extents. If you set one viewport to Top, they ALL change to Top. It's nearly impossible to zoom in to where you need to be plus all the layers are still on. It's an absolute mess and impossible to make edits!

If I open a drawing from a training manual that has a corridor in it and try the editor, it works perfectly!

If our custom dwt file is the culprit, any thoughts to where I should look to fix it? By the way, I consider our template "custom" because of its specialized layers, linetypes and fonts. Some C3D styles have been modified to reflect these layers, linetypes and fonts but that's about the extent of "customization."
Thanks,
Jim
