toilets inserting at wrong angle

When I insert a toilet stall from the tools palette, the toilet is rotated 90 degrees from the orientation of the toilet partitions and doors. I have to explode and rotate the toilet to the correct orientation. Happens for all the stall styles. I've never had this happen before. Is there a setting to adjust?

No solution but posting here in case someone else has a solution. I've even had the same MVB in the same drawing mirrored to its copy and no discernible reason why. they are both 1,1,1 (not -1) and same rotation but one faces the opposite way so I hope someone posts a solution. Might be an idea to post a sample for someone to examine. I did previously and might add it here.
