Default Multiple Sample Line Groups for an Alignment

Summary: I'd like to see the ability to have more than one sample line group for a given alignment.

Description: I'm designing a long road in a residential area. I have cross sections that I'm using in the actual roadway design, and then other cross sections that I'm using for the driveway designs. It would be nice to have a sample line group and corresponding section view group that I can use for roadway design and volumes, and then a separate sample line/section view group that I can use for driveways, all using the same centerline alignment.

I'm not saying that I disagree with you, Jim... A really simple work around (in the interim), is to employ two different Styles for each type of Section Line (Full Section, Driveway Section, etc.), in concert with an appropriate naming convention so that they are all sorted accordingly in Prospector.

    Cheers

I currently can create multiple SampleLineGroups for an alignment. I have one group for my StormDrain crossings, then another for my 50' stations.

Just tested this, and it also works in C3D 2014... Forgot that was even available (used it last in a prior version).
