Default FITTING LOSS COEFFICIENTS - round elbow

OK, I'm lost, mad and confused.
As you could see from pictures below I have two identical round elbows. One is with angle 45.000° but second one is 45.001° or 44.995°. one has pressure loss coefficient but second one doesn't. It means that it couldn't set ashrae table to second elbow. Is it possible that it will make only 45° elbows? Yes I have it set in HVAC properties and I have angle units without decimal units.
    Could you please help me?
    Thank you
