layout tabs

Is there any way to lock the layout out tabs so they won't move. Since upgrading to 2015 the paper space layout tabs I'm in, seem to on random occasions, move to the end without me commanding it to do so. Becoming very annoying that I'm constantly have to put back tabs in the correct order.

I've seen others talking about this bug, too... I'm not using 2015 myself, though.
