Intelligent interaction between leader/mleaders and entities

Summary: It would be good if an Mleader could gather/use attributes or properties from an entity it is pointing at to use within its text.

Description: Say I have a dynamic block reference with attributes, it would be good if on creating a Multileader pointing at it, the attribute contents and various dynamic parameters are then exposed to the text handling (or possibly attributes within the block on the end of the multileader) to allow them to be displayed in the multileader.
Obviously the multileader would need to 'know' what it's pointing to, perhaps with a margin of error to allow for mis-picks, likewise when copied or moved to another entity it would then need to refresh itself, however I'm sure this is all possible.

Fields already do most of this.

How else would it know what information from the object you want in the text? I use lisp for quickly assigning specific field labels to objects.
