New Excel Data Link
Summary: Create function similar to CAD “Create New Excel Data Link”
Description: In my industry which FP, FA we use what is called sequence of operation which a table that has no link to any object in the model. It basically list operation sequence for system. This table could be really big tens or rows and columns. And it changes very frequently. Would be nice if we can have function in Revit similar to CAD which “New Excel Data Link”. It will save us hours and hours. Currently we take the excel file into CAD as CAD entity. Then fix all the issues of formatting in CAD and then link it to the model. If we can have this function in Revit, it will save us lots of hours every day.
