Default New Keynote/Tag User - Can User input be added.

I may be going about this wrong, but not sure how else to accomplish my task except using keynotes or maybe tags. I am looking for away to callout two families in the same callout. I have built up members that is made of individual families stacked next to each other. My thought is to create a keynote or tag that will pick up at least one member and let user either type in the amount or other members. Is this possible?

I am currently restricted to having my built up members made this way because of the outside add-on in Revit we use to create our objects. Currently working with them to create different families. Looking for a work around for now.

Thanks in advance for the help.

    Any pics?

You can crate a tag or keynote that has an additional parameter that is user input (parameter will need to be created), but it will be dumb in the sense that it is not actually referencing the second family.
