Default Custom Railing Visibility in Plan Views

Rvt Arch 2015, Windows 7. In an effort to create a modern pool fence, I have created a railing family that uses the 1" baluster placed 4" from one another. The family is modeled around numerous paths and is visible everywhere except in plan views. There is no template applied, they are not hidden, and not overriden in V/G. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Default Re: Custom Railing Visibility in Plan Views

Balusters are not visible in plan view by default. You can make them visible by ticking Plan/RCP option in visibility settings in the baluster family, 'When cut in Plan/RCP...' should be checked as well. Make sure the cut plane in your project is set to cut the rail below the handrail.
