Can you change the arc segment of a revision cloud from a double arc of differing sizes to a single arc such that the resulting revision cloud arcs will all be the same?

Nope. I don't think so. Not even with the new 2015 Rev Clouds. Always going to get that two segmented, varying arc bulge.
