    Default window family parameters

I'm trying to get the attached window family to report to a schedule and I think I got it all to work except for the Finished Head Height AFF.

The formula for the head height should be the height + window height but for some reason the sill height isn't linked to the actual sill height of the window. It's like the sill height parameter I have in the family has no relation to the sill height that Revit uses when actually placing the window in a project. Does this make sense?

    Any advice?

Why not just create a reporting parameter ‘Height AFF’ from the floor to the window head without involving other parameters?
