Summary: As far as I can tell, the "default setback" type property for a wall sweep does absolutely nothing.

Description: If I set a wall sweep's "Default Setback" type property to a dimension other than 0, I expect any new sweep I create to have that setback, but that isn't the case. As far as I can tell, this function does absolutely nothing. For example, I have a brick soldier course wall sweep that I want to project 1/2" from the wall, so I set the "default setback" as -3 1/8", however EVERY SINGLE TIME I create a new sweep, there is no setback, and the sweep hosts to the face of the wall, sticking out 3 5/8". I then have to go back to each instance and adjust the setback. It is ridiculous.
