So the first image what a scene looks like when I render on my computer. The second one is renders on 360 cloud.
I had been rending on my PC earlier and I had not problems all of a sudden it's unusable. Any thoughts?

It could be a graphics card problem, and a re-boot should fix it, or a new driver for it. I noticed your ambient lighting is off on the PC image & not the 360 cloud. That might be compounding the error.
How did you notice that? And how can I turn it back on?
Also what's weird is that it wasn't doing it earlier then just all of a sudden. I tried rendering it at work with better computer (quadro card) and I got the same weird results

Found the answer to my issue.

It was the IES file I was using.I tried a different file and it worked fine.
Also It rendered fine on the cloud because it uses a better render engine than revit. It was not my computer. I tried rendering in 3DSM and it was fine.
Ambient lighting is controlled in the Graphic Display Options Dialogue box, under Lighting.
