Importing Parcel labels

Surveyor has sent a file that I have completely overhauled into a new base .dwg. Only one last headache because boundary has 100's of small creek segments and center line of thorough fare creates many more odd segments.

Is there any way to import his lines, curves and tables boundary labels?

I am assuming you are wanting the actual labels to be imported into one drawing from another drawing. I do not believe this is an option.
